When things start picking up speed on a slow Friday afternoon, you'd know it spells trouble: it means, you'll never get home at half past five sharp.
A book was due for filming and printing but some glitches regarding the figures arise. There were a lot of questioning and discussion and even call to India. i remember there was this scene in 'Just Follow Law' where two characters were furiously typing emails and cc-ed to their boss and that it involves a lot of CGI-generated arrows flowing in the office. What happened reminds me of that scene. More consultation later and a solution is yet to be reach.
i was getting a wee bit fidgety as i was going to catch my coach back to home at Bugis, at 7pm. Luckily a colleague knew of my predicament and told the other more senior colleague that i have to leave soon for my bus. Phew.
Reached the bustling bus station at Bugis half an hour and 17 dollars less later, i found the place packed with people. There were 6 coaches leaving for malacca at the same time! i didn't realise there were that many malaccans who went to work across the causeway.
As the bus went through AYE, i saw NUS once again. It's been two weeks since i've moved out of PGP. i felt a tinge of sadness that i'm no longer a part of it. i saw the University Hall, where we spent an afternoon there looking at the Rag Day procession during orientation; the SRC, where i spent many a sweaty Saturday afternoons there, thwarting imaginary enemies. It also serve as remembrance of the stressful examinations that i had over the past three years.
And then there is the UCC. Where i'll go back there once again, for that one last thing that needs to be done.
