Then you start to feel pain...
After that, it's just this indescribable mix feeling of numb and pain when you feel your muscle has stretch to its maximum limit and the lactic acids are slowly building up inside, making it more strain and tired with each passing seconds...
Today we do stretching differently. Each of us has a senior who'll push us down when we stretched. i think it is quite hard because just when you thought you've reach the maximum limit your muscle can endure, there'll be a force pushing you even further down.
And i realised i can stretch a bit better now. =)
But i totally sucks at blocking blows and kicks with both hands. My hands coordination is bad. Will have to work on that.
P/S: i got my white belt today. (but still don't know how to tie it =P)

Yesterday was my first bio lab practical. For the first time, i get to work with E.coli, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas. We did streaking, smearing and staining of the bacteria. The Prof was very friendly and helpful; he kept going around to check on everyone. He also told us to Respect the bacterium that we're working on, like not playing around with them and to treat them carefully as they can cause disease if they enter into our system. Wow. i never thought we even have to respect such minute living organisms. And so i learn something new. =)
The Prof even stood near the exit at the end of the practical, just to personally remind those who're leaving at that time to wash their hands properly with soap and water.
