The anniversary dinner was awesome!

But being a stage manager is not easy. It's damn stressful! If anything happens to the props, i'll be in major trouble. Anna had already scolded two seniors for fooling around with the props. Then during rehearsal, i forgot to take the chinese spear and sword. Was this close to being scolded by her as well... After that, only several minutes to our actual opening performance. i suddenly couldn't find one of the flags. Was frantically running around to search high and low for it, only to find that one of the little kids took it. *phew*

So throughout the whole night, i hardly have the time to enjoy the performances. Was backstage most of the time, checking through the itinerary for the next item. Luckily Kang Min and Yang Xin was there to help out me and Liling.

The performances were awesome. i've never seen anything like this before. i was like o_O most of the time. For a start, i've never seen people breaking twelve bricks consecutively, smashing twenty coconuts and marble slaps and thick wooden poles, all using their barehands. There are people who can pierce their fingers through watermelon and smash large porcelain jars with their head.

To say that it was really an eye-opening experience is an understatement. o_O

The Grandmaster cum founder of NWP's qi gong is really impressive. He can actually perform "non-contact magnetic repulsive force" on his so-called opponents. When the attacker is rushing towards him, he can repulse his attacker by the qi that he exudes. Ok, think of 'dragonball' and you get the picture.

Our coach Lester got promoted to Chief Instructor cum Principal of NWP!! i guess we're really honoured to have him as our coach. =) He is a very cool coach as well. He looks quite young so it's kinda hard to guess his age. He is also a very good martial artist. Everytime during warm-up session, all of us will be panting and struggling to do a split horse while he will be do it so easily. A split horse! You don't expect 40-something man to be able to do such things. Not to mention that he is a very compassionate coach as well! i'll always remember how he came from clementi to PGP just to give me the chinese herb medicine.
