i have a brand new fridge!!!

Okay it wasn't exactly brand new la.. but at least i have a CLEAN fridge!

So yea..i'm the clusterleader again, for this sem. Ha ha. The first thing i do this sem is to have a fridge-cleaning event. Sent out emails and put up advance notice telling them we're cleaning the fridge, asked them to take out their food, etc.

And a few of my clustermates did turned up today at 730pm sharp! So we took out everything from the fridge, and clean it upside-down, inside-out. Heh. And it's now spotless clean!

i'm so proud of my girls.. *grins* i hope they display this kind of cooperation during the potluck dinner cooking session as well. It's time to think of new dish to cook this sem..

It's a brand new sem. yay. blah. The one good thing about new sem is u get to take new mods. i'm taking GEM 1900: Thinking, reasoning and inquiry. Super challenging mod. The first thing the lecturer asked when he came into the class was, "What's my name?" His name was being dispalyed on the power point so naturally the whole class answered in unison. Then next, "What makes you think i'm your lecturer?" =.=||| (Can make you fall off your chair kinda question.) So someone answered, "'cos you have grey hair, you walked into the class with a big stack of handouts (which are obviously for us), and you addressed the class, etc." i'm in for intense critical thinking this sem.

Taking reading film and cultural text too. EN 2113. First week's reading is a book. More like a comic book. Ha ha. Homework will include watching episodes of South Park and Sex and the City. Watched Batman Begins in the first lect. i'm in for intense essay writing.

Core modules include Cell Bio, Bioinformatics and experimental mod of molecular and cell bio. With two labs a week, yes, i'm in for intense lab reports as well.
